Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving your order during business hours. If you place an order on a Friday after 4pm, your order may not be seen until the following Monday in which case your order will then be shipped out by that Wednesday. If you receive a shipping confirmation email after 4 pm, your order may not ship until the following business day. Holidays, Bad Weather, Out-of-Stock items, and other unforeseen mishaps could also cause delays in shipping your order. Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise weight of your order before any deductions.
We recommend UPS and FedEx for both speed and quality of delivery, however we understand the desire for lower shipping rates. We do offer USPS for this reason, but buyer does so at own risk. If using USPS please be aware that once the shipment has been made, any loss is at the fault of USPS and buyer must contact USPS to make a claim.
