Return Policy...
We must receive your Return Authorization Request within 7 Days of receipt of merchandise. You must email sales@kellynishimoto.com for an RA # (return authorization) or call 213.746.2323 for an RA # over the phone before proceeding further with the return. Any returns received without a given RA # will be returned and the shipping will be charged on your account.
Merchandise must be unworn and returned in its original condition. All items must have tags in still attached, items whose tags have been removed will not be accepted. Due to health regulations, items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. If we receive such goods your account will be charged $15 and the items returned to you.
You understand that you are responsible for all shipping charges unless fault lies with Kelly Nishimoto, in which case you will receive a refund in the same form in which you paid. Please state in the email or on the phone why you are requesting a refund, all returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the issued RA#. Returns postmarked after the 3 days will be returned and no credit will be issued. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Your account will be credited within 10-14 business days of receipt by Kelly Nishimoto Inc.
Once given the RA#, please fill out the return form below in its ENTIRETY and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange. If you choose to receive a store credit, the credit amount will remain on your Kelly Nishimoto account for one year and will be redeemable by phone.
You have several return options. The least expensive is USPS flat rate box. Please insure your return. Again, we are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, or merchandise damaged in transit. If something goes wrong with the delivery of your return, a claim with the shipping company must be made and reimbursement must be paid by them. Once we receive your return, we check for the following before a refund is issued:
- Soiled or worn Pant Leg Bottoms, Deodorant Stains, Foreign Odors, Soiled Crotch Areas, Altered or Cut Merchandise, Perfume Smells or Scents from being Worn, Laundered, or Dry-Cleaned

-Items postmarked over 3 days after given RA# issue, Any damaged, altered or laundered clothing, Items whose tags have been removed from the clothing, Items returned without an RA#, Items over 21 days from shipment date, Custom Items, Intimates, Sale Items.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours after receiving your order during business hours. If you place an order on a Friday after 4pm, your order may not be seen until the following Monday in which case your order will then be shipped out by that Wednesday. If you receive a shipping confirmation email after 4 pm, your order may not ship until the following business day. Holidays, Bad Weather, Out-of-Stock items, and other unforeseen mishaps could also cause delays in shipping your order. Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise weight of your order before any deductions.
We currently use USPS, UPS and FedEx as our methods of shipment. Any returns can be shipped to Kelly Nishimoto Inc., using USPS but the sender does so at own risk. We understand that UPS and FedEx have higher delivery rates, but we recommend using UPS and FedEx to keep customer service at the level expected of Kelly Nishimoto Inc. If you decide to use USPS please understand that it is at your own risk and that any delays in service are due to USPS's service and not Kelly Nishimoto. Once a package has been shipped it is up to the shipper to deliver it in the form it was shipped out in. If there are any problems with the shipping, please contact Kelly Nishimoto Inc., immediately and our Customer Service will help you in filing a claim if necessary.
Kelly Nishimoto Inc. does not select shipping prices, any variances noticed by customer should be inquired about with the selected shipping company. We recommend UPS for speed, pricing, and delivery accuracy.
- Shipping charges are not subject to coupon codes and/or special offers.
- Charges are calculated by the shipping company before taxes.
- All orders are subject to verification.
- All backordered items ship out via USPS Priority.
